Invictus Personal Training is a dedicated personal training service founded by Victor Ukpe, a fitness specialist with a degree in kinesiology. Vic has firsthand experience overcoming weight struggles and is NASM CPT certified in both online and in-person training. With expertise in weight loss, fat loss, mobility, and strength and conditioning, Invictus Personal Training emphasizes the importance of not only building strength but also improving movement quality to enhance overall well-being.

FAT LOSS & MUSCLE BUILDING
